Q:  Where is the Sanibel Condominium Property?

A:  The Sanibel is on Florida's east coast in between Ponce Inlet and South Daytona Beach. It is located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and Halifax River.  The property is oceanfront with direct beach access and unobstructed, panoramic views. Q:  What activities are available at the Sanibel and nearby?

A:  The pool, hot tub, and beach are a few steps away and all viewable from the balcony. Chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, wagon, beach cruiser bicycles, and an abundance of beach toys are provided. Within a 5 minute walk, there are nearby attractions including the fishing pier, Crabby Joe's restaurant, and walking and bike trails. Nearby are Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Daytona Speedway, marinas, boardwalk, water park, surfing, water sports, laser tag, arcade, go-karts, movie theater, ice rink, and goofy golf. Orlando's theme parks, Cape Canaveral, St. Augustine, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, and Cocoa Beach are within an hour's drive.

Q:  Is the Sanibel property public or private?

A:  The Sanibel is a privately owned property, not a hotel. It is very well maintained and gated with keycode access, security, and cameras. There is reserved parking in the garage underneath the building. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive keyless entry codes.

Q:  What is the best time of year to visit?

A:  Guests choose to visit year round due to the warm weather and abundance of indoor and outdoor activities available.
